Experience the wonderful views of Mount Kilimanjaro plus plenty of [Jumbo] elephant population in the Amboseli National Park. The name “Amboseli” comes from a Maasai word meaning “salty dust”, and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulphur springs, the savannah and woodlands.)

NOTE:

  1. To have maximum time at the national park, we will leave very early and come back a little bit late
  2. It is advisable to carry packed breakfast. Our stopover at Emali will be brief.

    The main features of the game drive include:

    -A road trip from Nairobi to Amboseli and back. The morning drive is via typical African savanna country dotted with local homesteads and colourful Masai herdsmen grazing their cattle
    -Stopover at Emali town
    -Arrive at Amboseli: Beginning of mid-morning game drive
    -The park provides one of the best wildlife-viewing experiences in the world with 400 species of birds including water birds, pelicans, kingfishers, crakes, hammerkops and 47 types of raptor. Amboseli National Park is home to many species, including elephants, Cape buffaloes, impala, Masai lions, cheetahs, spotted hyenas, Masai giraffes, plains zebras and blue wildebeest among other African animals. There is also a host of Kenyan birds, both large and small.
    -Lunch inside the Park
    -After lunch, venture into the park for the scheduled afternoon game viewing drive. We shall be in search of elephant, giraffe, zebra, lion, cheetah, warthog, ostrich and many others
    -Interaction with the local indigenous Maasai Community
    -Touring with a great team where you can make friends and business networks
